SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with TWO SIMPLE CLOTHING LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Shipping & Return Policy outlines important information regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 8-10 business daysafter payment confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during product launches, holidays, restocks, pre-orders, or promotional periods.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping delivery estimates may vary based on carrier delays, location, weather conditions, and customs processing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Estimated delivery: 15-22 business days

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Additional carrier charges imposed by their country

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.


3. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TWO SIMPLE CLOTHING LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier shipping delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will do our best to assist when possible.


5. ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited edition releases
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

10. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
